How can I place an order?

Find the product you wish to purchase. Choose from the DROP DOWN MENU exactly which version you want. If you have to specify a fabric or leather color choose them by looking on the left side under FABRIC CHOICES or LEATHER SAMPLES and enter your choice in the appropriate space. Specify the quantity and add the product to your shopping cart by pressing the PURCHASE button. This will bring you to your Shopping Cart where you will see the items and the shipping cost. If everything looks right, CONTINUE CHECKOUT. Fill out all the requested information, check under 4. that you have read our TERMS OF SERVICE and agree to them by checking the little box. On the next page you will be asked more questions and you can add extra services. Don’t worry about entering your credit card information, we have a secure server.

 

Is the web site secure?

Yes. The Magazine web site uses High-Grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit) to ensure that all information you give to the web site is absolutely secure!

 

Do I need a password?

No, you can order without a password. If you have placed an order with us before the computer might recognize you and ask you if you wish to use the same information again. Your credit card information is not stored and you will have to enter it again.

 

How can I check on Order Status?

Do you give special discounts to the Trade?

We give discounts on large orders of $10,000 or more. Call or E-mail us for a quote. Discounts are applied when we receive and process the order.

 

Where is a "The Magazine" Store?

 

 

Can I return a product?

Our products are guaranteed to have the best quality. All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Only in the event that something is damaged during transit or manufactured defective, we will accept any  merchandise for replacement or store credit, but we must be notified as soon as you receive your merchandise and you must note on shipping documents that goods are damaged!

Call us, and we will work with you to arrange return/replacement. Any returns must be authorized and have a return number that we will give you!  

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery times are quoted for all our products on the product page. All custom order items will take some time, but the reward is that you get a product exactly to your design needs.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost for your order is clearly shown in your shopping cart. To see the shipping cost add the product to your cart. You can always delete items from your shopping cart!

 

How will my order be delivered?

For a standard delivery smaller items will be shipped UPS Ground. Larger items will be shipped via FedEx Ground service. FedEx Ground will not call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment during regular business hours. The goods will be delivered to the first door only, they will not be placed inside! They will not remove any packing material! Please check out the goods and mark any damage on the shipping documents, if you signed that the goods arrived in good condition it will be very difficult to file claims later!

 

What is "White Glove" service?

If you choose to have your order delivered by WHITE GLOVE service, we will schedules a delivery appointment with you, delivers the item(s) inside your home or business, assembles the item (if assembly is necessary), and removes any packing materials. White Glove service takes longer to arrange and delivery times are slightly longer—approximately 2 to 4 weeks after order is ready to ship. This service is not available for orders below $500, will cost 30% of the retail price for orders below $1000, 15% of retail for orders $1000 to $5000, and 10% for orders over $5000!

 

Can we ship international orders?

We ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada (For Canada it excludes Herman Miller for the Home Products). However, you may have your order shipped to a domestic freight forwarder of your choosing for shipment overseas by entering the freight forwarder's address in the "Enter Shipping Address:" section of the checkout process.

 

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

 

Can I purchase multiple Gift Certificates shipping to separate addresses?

A purchase of more than one Gift Certificate requires that all certificates ship to the same address, or be purchased separately.

 

What does the recipient of the Gift Certificate receive?

The Gift Certificates are printed on beautiful paper and sent by standard mail. The face of the certificate shows the recipient's name, the sender's name, the certificate number and the dollar value.

 

Can I include a personal message with the certificate?

Personal messages may be included for phone orders only.

 

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?

 

Do Gift Certificates expire?

No.

 

Do we sell Knock Offs?

The Magazine sells only products that are produced by either the original manufacturer or produced to the original specification of the designer. Our products give our customers the best value!

A Knock Off is a product that is not produced to the designer’s specification in order to avoid licensing and will not be sold by TheMagazine.Info.

 

How can I be removed from the newsletter e-mail list?

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up at our warehouse. We will also not charge you any shipping cost. Just mark during "check out" the "Pick up" field!

 

How can I get my 10% savings?

After you received your savings code and you place an order you can enter that code here: "Enter Promo Code (if any) and click "Update Total". Once you click the UPDATE button your discount will be reflected in the prices! You can use the savings code as often as you wish!
